Stephen Notestine has been in the commercial real estate and development business for 30 years. Currently, he is a founding partner of Quadrant Properties, a development company active in Denver and Dallas. He has invested in over a dozen start-up and technology businesses in recent years. He has been a strong proponent and active fundraiser for Sequoia since its inception in 1999.
